To order, simply select the bottle size you use, or enter in the height and width of your most used water bottle (width of bottom and top neck of bottle!) to ensure the accessory fits correctly!  Type in the color/type of cord you want and select the color of the leather from the options.  The last options are the cross body straps: 
 
The main cross body strap is made out of either leather, thick rope, 2 smaller ropes or macrame and leather.  Cross body straps are a standard 48" long, buckle straps will adjust to 42"-52" long.  Most are photographed above, except the strap with buckle adjustment (same width/look to the leather strap in photo, but with a cast brass buckle!)
