Company Policy

At Nomadic Knots we want to earn your trust and loyalty.  All products purchased are made to last generations to come, and to ensure this we have a life time warranty on all goods.  Any cracking, loose stitching, hardware coming out, please reach out via email (nomadicknotscda@gmail.com) with a detailed description of the damage and photos of the damaged area.  If the product you receive has any issues with fit, color, functionality, or anything you are simply not satisfied with- please reach out!   We want to provide you with complete confidence in your leather/macrame purchase, all products are either repairable or will be replaced at no added cost with the exception of any shipping charges.  Please contact within 14 days of delivery and ship items back within 30 days of delivery.  If the item is not returned in its original condition, or not in the condition discussed with the designer, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

**A Note On Leather:

The leather used is completely natural cowhide that comes with bite marks, scars, scratches, and minor imperfections from hide to hide.  Leather is also sold in slightly different shades of tan from the tanning process, rendering it impossible to completely color match.  Products will look slightly different than photographed, the dye and stain may be a slightly different shade, and markings will be unique to each piece making them a one of a kind item. 

Return Policy

As a policy, there is no returns on leather or macrame goods.  If a return is to be processed it would be handled on a case by case basis, please reach out to nomadicknotscda@gmail.com with photos and a detailed description of the issue and it will be responded to within a 48hr period.
